Background
Toll Brothers was creating one of their largest developments and the first Jack Nicholas golf course property in decades right here in Arizona. Fervor Creative was involved from the beginning of the marketing strategy including naming the property – Sterling Grove. We developed the brand both for the community and the golf course. We designed the environmental graphics, signage throughout the property, collateral, advertising and of course videography.
Challenges
The property had not begun construction. It was all on paper. We needed to create the vision for potential home buyers from the start.
Solutions
Our concept ‘Take Root in Nature’ allowed us to utilize existing properties that had similar architecture and landscape showing the crossover from nature to home through multiple scenarios.
